Talked with roku support tcl support and centurylink support without any luck.

Can also connect with phone hotspot but not with wifi or cable.
Not sure if this will confuse wifi software.
I test more than 3 router connections but every connection wired connection successfully and internet connection not work.
Set it up with wired connection.
Connect an ethernet cable coming from your router or modem to the tv.
I don t have any serious complaints but at that price i may take the chance just to have something to do with all my spare ethernet cables.
Tcl roku tv loses wifi connection and then can t find any wifi networks jump to solution it s a known bug with the wifi disabling on the tcl and maybe other brands roku tv s brought on by a software update sometime between october and december.
